The Worst Case Scenario Handbook describes the best thing to do when you are caught in a stampede of bulls is to run with the bulls. Currently, the teacher’s version of stampeding bulls are students and their games. In this session, you will hear how one teacher has used gaming mechanics to bring focus and fun to the classroom. In this session, you will learn about the positive qualities of games and you will be given strategies that harness the mechanics of games to create the super-engaged classroom your students have always wanted.
