Alternative Career Pathways (ACP) is a self-directed alternative to traditional graduate coursework that enables teachers to earn credits or stipends while personalizing their Professional Development. Created at Little Falls Community Schools five years ago, ACP has spread to eleven districts in Region 5 as teachers take control of their own Professional Development.
