Come learn how we have personalized learning for our students by emphasizing our 3 P's: Pathways, Profiles and Proficiencies. Learn about practical and systematic steps we took as a building such as the implementation of our Daily Flex time. We will share how we have grown the capacity of our staff by tapping into teacher leaders and personalizing our professional development. Learn about successes and challenges we have experienced along the way. Participants will have a chance to engage with each other and ask questions and will leave with initial action steps they can take as a building. Come see why over 30 schools have come on-site visits to South View.
