Personalizing Motor Breaks in a Center-based Program

The learner will discover new ways to personalize motor breaks for students in special education.  Students identify their state of regulation using the Zones of Regulation, and pair appropriate calming, alerting, or just-right activities to modify their state of regulation. Students have the voice and choice to choose activities appropriate for them.
