I am an elementary teacher and mom of boys who is inspired by the unfiltered joy of children. There is a fire inside of me to unfold my talents to help learners discover their own. This is my 14th year in education and my third year as a PL Coach. JWP is a rural PreK - 12th grade school, all in one building, on a journey to implement Personalized Learning district wide. As a community and school district, we strive for each JWP graduate to be life, career, and college ready by being a critical thinker, creator, collaborator, communicator, and global citizen. We are working together to create opportunities for the development of these attributes through learner profiles, standards-based education, and a shared commitment to success. It is my goal to assist in strategically bringing JWP's vision of Personalized Learning to life by effectively collaborating with teachers, growing their aspirations and talents as effective instructional practices that empower students and boost their learning to high levels.
